Reservations Policy

Reservations: A deposit of 25% of the package or charter cost is required at time of booking to confirm reservations. Other 25% is due 3 months prior to arrival. The remaining 50% is due 2 months prior to arrival.

Last Minute Bookings: For bookings 30 days or less in advance, either with a package or a boat charter, full payment is due immediately.

  • Copy of Credit Card both sides.
  • Copy of passport or id (photo & signature).
  • Fill out our Authorization Form. go to form

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • For Packages:
    • Cancellations made 59 to 32 days prior to arrival, we'll refund 80% of the package cost.
    • NO REFUNDS for cancellations received 31 days or less.
  • For Boat Charters:
    • Cancellations made 59 to 32 days prior to arrival, we'll refund 100% of the charter cost.
    • NO REFUNDS for cancellations received 31 days or less or "No Shows".
